He can hear every detail while on the phone. He loves the hands-free aspect and the sound is GREAT. I gave this to my husband as a gift and he absolutely loves it. It is small and compact and does not take up much room.
The headset is a must. This limits the time you can use the phone without charging though to this point I've not hit that limit even after 2 hour calls.Oh, the other problem I have noticed is that when receiving a call my Linksys wireless router will disconnect. I love this phone. Works great.mute is simple to deal with and has a decent range.My only complaint about this product compared to the previous one I had is that you can't have it on the charger while in use.it hangs up. Not an issue when placing calls though. I had an older plantronics headset for years but it finally wore out. I work from home quite a bit and am using the phone for meetings frequently.
I paid roughly $80 thru Amazon so the current price suspect I use this phone all day every day for over a year. It's exceptional.
It's great. I am very satisfied with the phone, I can put it in my pocket, I can press the buttons very easily. It is comfortable.
It was pretty easy to set up and use and the day to day usefulness is pretty good.
